
But this could be related to me getting a new router. I even seen an error message pop up yesterday on the sonos app saying "cannot connect" or something when trying to play something on spotify. But over the last few days, I am witnessing a few spotify issues also. without distracting from the main problem I should also mention that, usually the sonos App is 100% working. Other issues are if I am playing successfully, it will randomly skip. but more common is when I can see Sonos as an option, I click it and it just says connecting forever, Sometimes via spotify on my iphone or PC, I cant even see any of the "spotify connect" options. I am more inclined to blame Spotify, primarily because generally speaking, there is never an issue if I play spotify via the Sonos app. I found this topic because my Sonos / Spotify connect is just horrific. Have things improved? If not, please submit another diagnostic report after replicating the problem and I will be happy to dig deeper into whats happening. Since you posted we have released a few updates, so I would like to circle back and check to see if you are still having these problems with Spotify Connect.
